The LBIH Mentorship Program is designed to connect Black high school and university students with successful Black founders, professionals, and faculty members in entrepreneurship and research. Through this initiative, mentees receive career guidance, networking opportunities, and hands-on support, while mentors have the chance to give back, share their expertise, and shape future leaders.
