Business and Project Management Support
Effective project management is key to the success of any initiative, whether it’s a social enterprise, a tech start-up, or an arts project. We offer project management guidance to help you refine your processes, build timelines, allocate resources effectively, and meet your goals.
Networking and Partnerships
LBIH is a place for Black innovators to connect with like-minded individuals, potential collaborators, investors, and organizations that share a commitment to equity and innovation. We host regular networking events, workshops, and community meetups to create opportunities
Access to Funding Through the LBIH Fund
The LBIH Fund is a core service designed to help Black innovators secure the capital they need to turn their ideas into reality. The Fund provides equity investments to support businesses and initiatives that demonstrate potential for strong community or economic impact.
Mentorship and Skill Development
A core service of LBIH is personalized mentorship, where we connect Black innovators with experienced professionals and industry leaders. Through one-on-one sessions, participants receive guidance on overcoming challenges, scaling businesses, and refining growth strategies.
