The LBIH Fund is a core service designed to help Black innovators secure the capital they need to turn their ideas into reality. The Fund provides equity investments to support businesses and initiatives that demonstrate potential for strong community or economic impact.


A core service of LBIH is personalized mentorship, where we connect Black innovators with experienced professionals and industry leaders. Through one-on-one sessions, participants receive guidance on overcoming challenges, scaling businesses, and refining growth strategies.
