BootCamp
The LBIH Bootcamp is a six-week intensive program designed to help Black entrepreneurs validate their business ideas, refine their strategies, and develop early prototypes. Participants engage in customer discovery, market research, and weekly hybrid coaching sessions, culminating in a final pitch presentation.
Top performers earn the opportunity to join the 12 weeks intensive entrepreneurship program, where they gain additional growth and mentorship. Even for those not selected, the Bootcamp ensures continued access to a supportive business community and a customized roadmap for growth
Startup Sprint
This dynamic, 2-day intensive workshop distills the core curriculum of LBIH’s full 8-week entrepreneurship bootcamp into a high-impact, immersive experience. Tailored specifically for early-stage Black entrepreneurs especially students it combines expert-led sessions, hands-on team challenges, and real-world case studies to fast-track your learning. Over two action-packed days, you’ll:
- Dive deep into market research, value-proposition design, and lean business modelling
- Practice crafting and delivering a concise pitch to seasoned entrepreneurs and investors
- Receive targeted feedback from industry mentors and build connections with a supportive peer network
By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away not only with a polished mini business plan and pitch deck, but also with the confidence, practical tools, and community you need to take your venture to the next level.
